we had to have a minimum of 10 and 13 punches a month for healthcare and earn vaca etc. plus it was 500 hours for the year for pension credit.

I believe in the southern/ central region you have to have 1800 hours in each year for a full pension credit . However anything less than the 1800 hour mark would contribute towards a prorated percentage towards your pension.
