COVID-19 and Animals

The World Health Organization announced that dogs cannot contract COVID-19. Dogs previously held in quarantine can now be released.
To be clear, WHO let the dogs out.
Dogs and cats in contact with humans have tested positive for COVID-19. However, there is. no evidence that these animals can transmit the disease to humans and spread COVID-19.
Help me masked man, how is this virus supposedly transferred?
A question, I ask questions.
Smartest damn virus I've ever heard of.
The virus is real, I'm convinced the rest is :bsbullf: .

But... but... that one survey in Spain proved that dog owners are more likely to get covid! That proves that dogs are spreading it everywhere! :groooansmileyf:
