Who Would Like To Be Piloting A Drone Above Fred's House?

With all the talk about Amazon's drones, wouldn't it be nice to have one you could fly over Fred's house? If mine could only hold 10#, I guess it would have to be loaded with very ripe dog , which I would drop on Mr. Smith whenever possible.
