Why did I get paid for 2 weeks today?

I add up both checks ÷ it by 2 and put half.in my savings account. Then when I don't get a paycheck the week I come back I just pill.it.oit of the savings account.

I don’t touch my savings account, only deposit. If I have to pull from savings I screwed up somewhere.

May I suggest that you keep a couple of grand or so in that account and invest the rest? Money in a savings account ain't makin' diddly squat-----put some of it in to a short term CD or perhaps in to a Roth IRA where it will make money and you can withdraw it without penalty if you need it.

I’m an idiot when it comes to investing, I don’t know squat. There are 10’s of thousands sitting in savings that I don’t know what to do with. Seriously thinking about talking to a financial advisor.

Seriously??? Yeah, you need to sit down with a financial adviser. The first consultation is usually free and, after he/she gets done "yelling" at you, they will set you up with a viable plan, which would include managing your UPS 401k. I use Edward Jones but there are many choices out there.
