Why did local 769 vote no?

If you count the riders on the vote count. There are 31 riders. If you count the riders on the teamsters website there are 40 riders/supplements. What are the vote results if the missing 9?
Possibly there were no changes to them, hence no need to put them up for a vote?

Who negotiated that? Were they not in D.C? I thought the point of them being in D.C. was to make sure everybody was on the same page and nobody slipped between the cracks!

Not every rider was opened up so there was no need to vote on them. My Local 135 rider was one of them. It only gets opened up every couple of decades or so. Too much we may lose so they don’t want to mess with it.
