I don't think you know what 'racist' means.
After the guy got up and went around the cop's car the cop stood up and there was clearly a weapon in his hand. You don't know from watching that what local cops are required to do in such situations. You can't compare one unique situation with another one to determine how fair things are. This is faulty logic.
