I have Merrell shoes right now that i love! I also have a pair of brown new balance and black reebok tennis shoes. I wear adidas outdoor boots in the winter because they only weigh 7oz.

The works. You can get them from Redwing. I have to get a man's boot. They don't make them in women's. It's hard to find work boots for women that meet all requirements, but these do.
