We have 2 line of sight belts. “Top” is focused on one side of the city, “bottom” is another section. Each side of the belt is sectioned as even or odd sides and route names are lettered and numbered. 1A, 1B, etc.

Local sort has been asking for driver help for a few weeks now.

preload has tried hiring but almost everyone quits in the first week.

They quit the first week because they put them on 4 trucks with the belts on high

Sounds like a good plan but do they explain to the new hires how everything works? Like in my building they just throw a new guy in there with the minimum of training and wonder why they don't show up for a second day or second week.

I think most people quit because the workload far and away exceeds the pay.
The truth is, only an idiot would preload for the money.

Nothing was explained to me. Zero.
Not even correct use of the scanner.
I still dont even know whos actually in charge, if anyone.
