"Your lies cost lives". That is the caption the Houston Chronicle used in calling for the resignation of Ted Cruz along with the belief that Cruz thought that he could ride the Trump wave into White House. Now he might not even be able to hold onto his Senate seat.
Unfortunately both parties are now confronted with the same monumental task of deradicalizing the fringe elements within their respective parties and the party that is the most successful and does so first will be the majority party going forward.

Republicans gave up being the majority party a long time ago. Cruz is probably in the correct position to win primary elections. The Republican base is nutzo.

Still comes down to the same reality. Burden of proof. The burden of proof of a rigged fraud plagued presidential election was on the shoulders of the plaintiff . They failed miserably. Lindsay Graham called out his fellow GOP members on the floor of the Senate to provide him with 10 just 10 cases of voter fraud to be included in the minutes of the certification session They offered nothing.

Lindsay Graham a high ranking GOP senator created the opportunity for PROOF of voter fraud that could be laid out on the floor of the Senate for all Americans to see. The best and final opportunity was offered but Cruz Hawley and the others just sat there in silence .
