The pension dynamics at YRC will keep UPS from buying.
Pensions are a killer for most deals.

If UPS was going to buy YRC, that time was 6+ years ago when their stock was hovering around and under $1 per share. Yesterday's price was $10.66. Stupid time to buy.

The supe that did my non productive training had a relative that was at YRC. He was buying their stock at the time. Said the CEO at the time was a turn around guy that was also pro union.

I think it's actually cheaper now. Their last reverse stock split was a crazy 1 for 300.
