From the documents I read it looks good on paper. We will have to wait and see.

If UPS was going to buy YRC, that time was 6+ years ago when their stock was hovering around and under $1 per share. Yesterday's price was $10.66. Stupid time to buy.

The supe that did my non productive training had a relative that was at YRC. He was buying their stock at the time. Said the CEO at the time was a turn around guy that was also pro union.

Agreed. UPS has absolutely no need to buy YRC and the problems would easily outweigh any possible benefits.

I "heard" Yrc spelled backwards is Cry! Or Y.RC.---Your Retirement Cancelled......not sure how Yrc/Holland would be an asset for UPS.
