$15/hr maximum wage. A sign of things to come for UPS drivers

    This is already going on at FedEx Express, causing the undesirable results stated in the article.

    I thought for sure that we would have a two-tier in this contract.

    $15/hr is way too low.

    im not really surprised. i think down teh road they will get it down to $15/hr in todays wages.

    No way. The differential will be no greater than $10-15/hr., if that.

    They already tried that in the discussions of the contract were currently in now, thats what was told to many of us but the union threw it out. 2nd best option was a 4 year progression that a bunch of idiots voted yes on and guess what , the same idiots will vote yes on the next contract and make it a 5 year progression. Same schiznitt different contract lol.
