so by that rational why not employ workers for 50 cents an hour? alot of people will be hired....
theres a limit to how high you want minimum wage. low wage workers spend all of the income they earn back into the economy which creates jobs. but raise it too much and u start to lose employment. if the minimum wage kept up with inflation it would be close to $11/hr adjust for 1968 minimum wage value.
but this thread is not about minimum wage. it is about the loss of good paying jobs in america and the downward pressure on wages which is associated with that
