Can welfare folks use their EBT cards to buy overpriced organic produce?

I suppose they can, delivered to their door from the good neighborhoods a few miles away. As opposed to the overpriced chips and sodas from the corner store where they usually get their "groceries" from.

In all seriousness, this creates a very large physical presence for Amazon. The possibilities go well beyond organic produce.
