2nd the Cornstarch notion. Cornstarch is the cheapest and so far the best option I have found and it's hot and humid for 6 months or more down here. If for some reason a rash does develop, I use a hydrocortisone cream and it clears it right up but I would never recommend that you use that regularily.

I'm getting rashes on my arm, from picking up boxes, plus dust and sweat. This sucks! Even tho it's blazin hot in the warehouse/truck i think i'm going to have to wear long sleeves.

Your getting a rash because your body is having a reaction to something. If it's heat related you need to drink more water and long sleeves will not help... If it's not heat related your allergic to something in that case long sleeve could help.

Man up....

Pfft! Well excuuuuuuusseee me! I drink lots of water, or i'd pass out. I am allergic to something, must be the cardboard boxes. I still pick them up and chuck them over my shoulder like a boss. Man up? No. Man of the year.

Guess you need to go find another job if your allergic to cardboard....

At my previous job, in which i've also delt with cardboard this never happened i'm really thinking it has to do with the heat/sweat/ and my arms rubbing up against the boxes. My sup was like "you'll get over it" lol so i did.

Baby Powder,Corn Starch or Anti-Monkey-Butt to prevent it and A+D Diaper rash cream if you still come home with burning ass. But seriously......in the summer time? Commando. Nothing to hold the moisture which causes the rash.

You use antiperspirant on your pits to keep them dry, right? Try it in the crease between your legs and your nuggets. It solved my jock itch problem almost overnight.
