You can scan that notice thats given to you with the package your delivering so it will be scanned into the system.

Thank you. The barcode on the delivery notice is for when the customer calls in we can ask them for the number on the info notice to tie it to thier package for delivery detail. Pretty sure it means nothing after delivery.

They are kept for a period of time. I would guess it would also link the SDN in case of a claim later on.

You can specify a delivery location (a fee MAY apply) and sign for packages online. By doing so it's probably the same as waiving rights to a claim as if you signed the back of an info notice.

Tell your husband to explain to his immediate supervisors that there is a new occupant in your apartment and the "problem people" moved on. They can remove that sig required thing locally. I have gotten this done for a few of my "new" customers.
