I dont see too many apple packages in my truck
That's weird, I've noticed a definite drop in apple volume thought it went to you guys. So where is it going?

I dont know where the volume is going! I have very few Apple packages in my truck, maybe 1 or 2 a week tops. That's weird, I've noticed a definite drop in apple volume thought it went to you guys. So where is it going?
I guess we'll all be signing something tomorrow.

Are you talking about Foxconn or Fedex drivers, jumping off the roof because of bad pay and poor working conditions?Maybe Americans no longer want em because Foxconn's workers are jumping off the roof wanting better pay. On second thought I highly doubt that.

No jumping off of buildings ...please.....save that activity for the management team!Good idea maybe that will get their attention.

And still we drive away other customers to make them happy. While I think Apple has been losing customers to their competition, it was confirmed by management that they pulled $9,000,000 in revenue last Oct. and gave that to our competitors.
We were told not every p1 is the same. Psp my ass.And still we drive away other customers to make them happy. While I think Apple has been losing customers to their competition, it was confirmed by management that they pulled $9,000,000 in revenue last Oct. and gave that to our competitors.
I thought it was strange for management to put so much emphasis on making sure one customer's packages were delivered on time. We were basically told it doesn't matter if it causes us to have 10 lates, get the apple delivered on time. On extended routes this means if you have to drive an hour out of your way to deliver the apple, you have to do it. You may pas up 10-15 stops to deliver that one package on time, even if it causes the other ones to be late.
Nope. They only care about one thing; their bottom line. Screw the customer, screw the courier and make the most profit as they can.Remember the FedEx advertising tagline from 1991 - 1994? It was "Our Most Important Package is Yours." That is no longer the case.
And still we drive away other customers to make them happy.

One of managers let slip that we are slowly shifting our focus back to customer service. Operative word is slowly. I still get my Apple messages after I clear.
