It's a very serious question. When working 60 hrs, commute and getting everything together . I get my 3rd wind at 7pm. Thinking I should be home having dinner. Then I get home at 930. Nothing left. Literally nothing. Robot mode. Clean cooler. Fill water bottles. Take shower. Feed cat. Make sure uniform is ready. Try to eat at 10pm. Will it ever get better? 17 yrs to young to retire to old to play the game

My wife cannot sleep without medication. She tried for two months to not take medication, and the end result was her getting about 2 hours of sleep every night. Lunesta is used to treat insomnia. Some people have to take medication like that every night in order to get some sleep.
