I get 8 sick days...2 floaters...3 weeks of vacation and two option weeks and I hit 5 years this summer...5 years with the company not all driving

SECTION 1
Employees with one (1) year of service and less than three (3) years
of service with the Employer shall receive two (2) weeks (10 work-
ing days) of vacation with pay each year. Employees with three (3)
years of service shall receive three (3) weeks (15 working days) of
vacation with pay each year. Any employee who has ten (10) years
of service or more, regardless of his/her anniversary date, shall re-
ceive four (4) weeks (20 working days) of vacation with pay each
year. Any employee who has twenty (20) years of service or more
shall receive five (5) weeks (25 working days) vacation with pay
each year. Any employee who has twenty five (25) years of service
or more shall receive six (6) weeks (30 working days) vacation with
pay each year. Any employee who has thirty (30) years of service
or more shall receive seven (7) weeks (35 working days) vacation
with pay each year

as for cali option weeks,


All employees with three (3) years of employment will receive one
(1) optional week (optional week #A) with forty (40) straight time
hours for full-time employees.
Option week A is considered earned as soon as the employee has
earned their first week of vacation for that year.
All employees will be entitled to optional vacation week #B. Op-
tional vacation week #B is in lieu of two (2) floating holidays and
the employee’s birthday and day after birthday plus one (1) addi-
tional day (new holiday).
Employees shall be eligible to select/cash out Option week “B”
during the vacation selection period or maintain their four (4) indi-
vidual holidays. Said option week shall consist of the Birthday/Day
After and two (2) floating holidays plus an additional “Bonus Day”
that said employee would normally become eligible for during the
forthcoming vacation period.
The employees will be asked to select their intentions for Option
Week “A” and Option Week “B” in February of each year.
Employees may choose to take optional vacation week #B or main

tain their four (4) individual holidays or elect to cash out optional
vacation week #B for forty (40) straight time hours.

I think that you are full of crap about the 12 weeks.
Just asked a driver..I don't have a union book...he said he thinks it's 8 weeks and 2 more option weeks
But I'm positive about the 8 sick and 2 floaters speaking of floaters don't eat Burger King hot doga
