ground hire

    if you worked for ground and quit will they re hire you for the same job.

    For Fedex or for a contractor/ISP? I imagine it would all depend on whether or not you left on good terms.

    Going by the literal translation of "working for ground", I'm guesting he/she is talking about a handler position.

    Damn auto-correct.

    Yeah, as CJinx stated earlier about leaving on good terms before...you should be golden. That and the hiring manager's mood on the day of the interview.

    I personally know of two being re-hired.

    As a package handler? Yes! As long as you left on good terms (ie; gave notice, didn't get fired, hard worker, never no call/no show, etc) most sort managers would be thrilled to rehire somebody that they knew to be reliable and didn't have to be trained.
