My pay raises have all been on April 22nd & October 22nd (every 6 months) as shown in the picture. Today, October 22nd, 2023 I hit 4 years driving seniority however I don't see the pay raise to top rate.
My original hire date is on November 11th so idk if it goes by that date but it wouldn't make sense that if I hit top rate then bc that's over 4 years and all my previous pay raises came on the 22nd respectively.
Has anyone gone through the same thing or know any idea, would appreciate it thanks
