I'm moving to Miami, i been working at ups for 2months now, going to try and get a job in hialeah, i know this question comes up all the time but how long is the wait to become a driver?
no way!!!!!I have been to that hub it's a good size hub. Bigger than my building and the wait at my building is at least 8 to 10 years for full-time, so I'd bet it's that or more there.
If you already know why ask us?no way!!!!!

i'm not quitting im a helper right now so i won't have any of thoes problems.First you have to apply usually when you quit one UPS facility you get put on the no rehire list. If you somehow avoid that list and get hired you will be starting over at the bottom. Have to make you probation period again, etc
How would you know? Driver wait can be anywhere from 1-15 years. If you already know the answer why come on here to ask us?bro there is no way it's 8-10 years lmao.

Link that post lmao never made a post waiting for a call.nobody can give you a accurate time frame there are a lot of factor that determine that including but not limited to employee turnover, retirements, and whether casual or PT cover can be used.
You still can be put on the no rehire list. Each driver gets ask about there helper and if UPS should ask then to be a permanent employee or not the same goes for seasonal working on the inside of the building. I have witness a seasonal employee set offered a permanent PT position one day and the next day get told he not need after today when he didn't have to do what he was told.
By the way your first post is wrong you have been working for UPS for less than a month not 2, you must of forgot about your Post on Dec 1 when you where still waiting for a call back from UPS. With that being said your limited to having worked for UPS for 15 days if they called you Monday morning and told you you where working Monday night. We both know that didn't happen.
