It's true, we can take our paid breaks without having to code them. The problem is that your On Road clock doesn't stop so everyone ends up missing their goals by 3-5%. In the beginning our managers told us this wasn't the case but they obviously didn't know what they were talking about or they were lying. On the flip side, if you don't take your breaks during the day and complain about it to management you may get written up. Classic Catch-22.
