Around $90-100k including MIP for an ORS
No job in the world is "guaranteed" whatever the hell that means, unless you're some kind of parasite working for the IRS maybeFirst you dont have a guarantee job. Second next year they are taking away mgts pensions. Third they already have to pay for health insurance which is not even close to our coverage. Our on road drivers sups start 40.000 a year with stock which is paid like a pyramid scheme. Center mgt start 80.000 and Division Mgrs 150.000. Good luck you will regret it. In west.

Why you counting other people pockets. How much does a center manager make and how much do on roads make?
The new on roads supervisors don't make that much. Why you counting other people pockets.
Myodb
I dont care. The new on roads supervisors don't make that much.
They also don't have a pension and they have to pay towards their health careORS make 90 here. Don't know about center manager or Division Manager.
So, You really have no ideaOrs with 10 years in with mip 85k. center manager 110 plus mip. You get paid once a month. You pay for your health insurance, you have no retirement. You could come in tomorrow and be told you now work in another building tomorrow. You will work probably 14 hours a day including the time you go home with a tablet and have to make sure drivers get done. Your paid a salary with a average of 48 hours a week. When you factor in the extra hours a year you work over 48 in a week. You probably make 23 an hour. Just guessing.
@BestMgrEver ?Where’s that female on road from a year and a half ago? She could give us the answers
