Ive tried several times to make a post on the differences but it keeps saying not authorized to post in this area so I guess there blocking my difference opinion lol, or they dont want me talking to purple now that im brown weird anyways once again ill try lol. But to be as unspecific as possible to get msg across the pay is better by double in my situation beings I was a driver of a contractor, safer trucks, and safety protocals more stressful, alot more work, mgmt is over kill so join the Union you'll need em immediately lol. I came for the future aspect retirement, free benes. I missed the laid back part of Ground, and the mgmt was alot more laid back at Ground.
