Its a no vote in philly!!

I will never bash your vote and I'd still buy you beers ECN.
Let me change what I said. I mean I'm asking for your help. I do understand why you are saying yes, but your bothers and sisters from other locals need you. You said so your self. How could you tell your NE members to vote no on this when they have it good. I am still telling some members in my local to vote no and why. When they say it is a yes. I still don't give up on them. And I still won't give up on you.

I voted last Wednesday. I hope this doesn't change your opinion of my character. I voted for one of my closest friends for reasons way beyond the scope of this TA or an increase in benefits. To be honest, I'd give up my benefits for this guy's kid and most of income. I didn't post a picture of my praise nor do I tell my members what to vote or call anyone an A hole for their vote. I didn't tell people to look at highlights. I told them to read the actually TA in conjunction with the current contract. Any questions they had were mostly 9.5, harassment and vacation issues.
I feel the medical issue have no place in the master agreement. I actually can't wait for this contact crap to be over one way or another. If you ever need my steward services, I'm here. If you need me to strong arm a few managers or kick a scabs ass, I'll be there. Believe it or not, I even represent the known TDUers to the ends of the earth.

You just made a mistake. No big deal. Don't worry I won't hold it against you. If you and your friend need my vote next time they want to take something from you. You will have it.

But it is a worse plan than I have now. The solution to the problem is not to bring me down. The solution is to bring everybody else(including
yourself) up. And no, your plan is not as good as my current UPS plan. So lets have UPS, a company that made a net profit last year of
4 billion dollars better your healthcare while keeping mine the same. The part I can't figure Stink, and you seem like a intelligent guy from your posts,
is why you are so dead set aganist that position.

since they keep warning me about my language ill put this nicely!! Stink whats your reading level?? Aside from the obvious healthcare reasons to shoot this down there are plenty more in the ta!!
Bigger raises in the 90's!!
4 years for top rate..
Most of this dont even come into play with me but i would never vote for a contract that hurts the majority of them members!! You must be that bonus guy that gets done at 430 every day and does not help any of his co workers!!! Keep running and chasing the carrot

I work to about 8-9 every night. Made 91k last year. I already voted son. Your beating a dead horse. If you weren't as abrasive, you would get better results with strong arming people.

For my 2 cents, I think it's hilarious that you guys think it's UPS's fault that our health care industry is a joke. It's like UPSers are finally realizing what the rest of the world realized 10 years ago: Health Care industry is a disaster. And our recent "reform" only made it worse....

Stink is the only one that is making any sense out of this....and it's not because he's a "Company man".....but because he lives in reality.

I feel like some of you would rather see this company into the dirt before you would ever accept anything that may be perceived as a concession. If that's you, then you are a cancer. YOU are the problem.

i agree with your statement here.
In a different post, I spoke out saying that the CS folks should vote no.
That would help the WC, 177, and others bring you back to the table and fix this.
Andy M would have a better shot at working this out for us all if he had the CS reps behind him to fix this.
Stink, would t you like more affordable, and a better HC plan than what you currently have?
