We had a really bad Ice Storm back in 1998. A few of the local entrepreneurs thought that they would try to take advantage of the situation by jacking up their prices. They were all forced to close within a year as people refused to shop there.

And the epipen was developed with 100% taxpayer funding, meaning that the taxpayers should own part of the rights to the epipen.

So how does 1 drug company get total control over it?

I have never used one but do recall being shown how to use one while going through chemical warfare training while stationed overseas.
