Whether you like it or not there was an open position and of course the Republicans did exactly what the Democrats would have done in the same position. Stacking the court means setting the number of justices at a much higher number than nine, then proceeding to fill the new positions with justices that have the same political views, even though they're supposed to be impartial, as the party in power which has enough control to get them approved. Would essentially give the Democrats in this case control of SCOTUS for decades.

Why not? If we didn't point it out it would never get pointed out as Dems always cover for their own and with a complicit media.
