the worst part is there are some 10-15 years employees that would happy just to be over 20 an hour.

We have 1 guy that left the company (he came back, biggest mistake was leaving and then having to re assume a new wage). He has been back for about 10 years, a guy whos been here 2 years and just got a swing raise is making .50 more than he is

I make 21 n some change hr been in the game for 8 years . my co workere top pay 30 plus n hour( show me their check lucky)... I know crr taking home 1250 a week net pay...not bad if u tell me ..some live very good lives. Not everyone is as fortunate.e

To be honest I doubt you will ever see 30 an hour. There are 3 of us in my station who make around 30, we are all long time swings, at least 25 plus years. But those days are long gone
