There is a direct impact. You gain about another 1:15 seconds per signature. It adds up pretty quickly.

Route has 100 biz stops..... but that's not the point. They are fighting the influx of 9.5 grievances. Trying to get us in earlier. Sigs were our main defense against that

If you're filing a 9.5 on me and I see you're DRing that few stops you can bet on getting a fight when it comes to paying it out. Unless you're delivering in a ghetto in Chicago that's an insanely low number.
