On work comp over a year

Can anyone that has been on work comp for over a year, tell me if you lost your benefits?? ( health insurance, vacations, years of service credit)

Here you lose your healthcare coverage 1 year after you have been completely off work from your injury. Two years and they stop paying comp. You will also lose vacation time for the next year do to not getting 156 reports.

And all your other benefits too. You got injured at work.
I agree, but you will get that letter from C.S. about 2 weeks after that year is up saying UPS has not contributed to your benefits,you are entitled to COBRA here's how much it cost's. Believe me I know I have gotten one of those letters.

Don't we get 1 yr one time pension credit in CS?

Depends on your state worker's compensation laws and union local riders.
In Wisconsin we get one year Health & Welfare contributions.
We also get vacation credits, so no weeks vacation are lost.

This is so very stupid. Different answers for different areas of the country.

The place to get your question answered is your local union shop. Call the H&W # on your benefits/insurance card.
