Laffter, you asked a few days ago how long I have been doing this and it is almost exactly 2 years, 1 1/2 as a preloader. It is interesting to read how other centers are set up, the one I work in is small and there is one belt, now slides or cages. The belt is a straight line and if you miss a package it gets in the way of the guy behind you. They hate stacking out, they hate you missing packages which result in back sort and of course misloads are very bad. Which all added up to me starting this post when they have me doing three trucks, 1100 pieces in 4 hours. And it is amazing how the the misloads show up when a PT sup "helps" by loading some packages for you!
