Process of appealing an accident.

Anyone care to share there stories? If you were charged with avoidable, and it was no way your fault what ended up happening? Any success stories? Who decides if you appeal ?
The union steward at the time, wouldn't allow me to appeal it. I was in the office, and it was clearly unavoidable (posted about it on here). The fact is, the union is in the company's back pocket and it's pointless caring about their dealings.

Then it appears you have exhausted your union procedure and are free to file with the NLRB?
