Swing premium

With the soon to be rolling out of ROADS, wondering if the next axe to fall will be the swing premium pay?
No one ever thought the split premium was going away and now thats history.
Logic tells me swings are the next easy "target".

It's a pretty good bet !! The lost of the pay premium would indeed suck. I can hear the managers selling it now. "Well yes the pay premium has been eliminated but it's one of the few positions left to offer 8 hours a day, you should be grateful"

Heck most of the CRRs at our station didn't even know split premiums were gone... some still don't believe me...

i have no doubt this will go away also. ive been a swing for over a decade, and gotten minimums for the first time recently. i dont even get the overflow or pup routes anymore..they go to couriers who were cut to p1 only or 4 x 10 swings

I doubt the swing premiums will go away. There won't be any swings left. They'll all grab routes when they open up.
