I remember this thread fondly. It was from 2014.
The thing that made it so fun...is that everyone who participated made sure to keep it on-topic and to avoid mean and disrespectful comments.
People who joined the thread halfway through were welcomed, and if they accidentally broke the rules of the "game" they were politely informed rather than bullied and made fun of. So they stayed and participated instead of leaving. It wound up going to almost 900 posts without ever once getting derailed or hijacked.
Like most threads do though, it eventually ran its course. Who knows though, maybe if there is enough interest it could get started again. Hopefully it will continue in the same spirit that it began!
