244000 jobs created last month BABA....... hes alot closer to reality than you are.

Peace.
No matter the # of jobs, the unemployment is still 9% ....unacceptable !!

"Employers added more than 200,000 jobs in April for the third straight month, the biggest hiring spree in five years. But the unemployment rate rose to 9% in part because some people resumed looking for work."

Something to giggle about? You might not be able to afford a lawyer when you need one, but Van Jones wants to make sure that every flippin' tree has one.....rivers and rocks too.

So concerned about a stupid tree, but will kill a baby without flinching!!

Farmers can't have water for their hundredyear old farms and are put out of business, but some smelt is AOK.......now ain't that a bitch? :dissapointed:

More hypocrisy. Prohibit abortion, but cut or eliminate education and social programs once the child is born (especially if it's a minority child). I heard today that a group of corporate-owned Republican Senators intoduced a bill to eliminate the EPA. The fact that they are doing it on behalf of business proves that we do need an EPA after all.

If Republicans have their way, every city in the country will be a "Pottersville".

ya, the EPA is such a job killer, we no longer have any outboard motors built in this country, all are made overseas or Canada.

That's because the manufacturers can freely outsource and offshore American jobs at will. That's the way Republicans like to do business. Why pay an American $20 per hour, when you can have a Chinese child perform the labor for about $3.00 per day?

When companies try to locate in America where they choose, the union people go nuts and cause all sorts of trouble.....(SC.) They'll drive companies away and then claim victory.......how's that for redneck logic......their mantra: "We showed them!"

Why don't you just get 0bama to ban all imports to the US? That'll learn em dern em.

Don't get me wrong, I hate the outsourcing of American jobs to ....anywhere. I also hate illegal foreign workers taking jobs right here in River City too. There's room for lots of improvement.

Are you talking about Amazon and SC? What the heck does that have to do with "the union people"?

Why? Because Boeing was retaliating for a 2008 Machinists Strike by the AIM. Even though the union agreed to wage concessions, Boeing had already decided to build the second 787 assembly line in South Carolina, a right to work state. Simple enough for you to understand?
Simple enough???? I'm sorry, but Boeing is a company and they have the right to go and build a new facility wherever they want and it's legal. The union doesn't get a say in it. Is that simple enough for you to understand.......the union does not own the company!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole point is that the union was making waves all about it. They have no say in it!

Boeing has a unionized workforce. They moved to SC to try and break the union and punish them for exercising their legal right to strike. Is that simple enough for you to understand!!! The company cannot break legally binding contracts!!! They do have a say in it!!! Oh, and !!!!, !!!!.
