Once the Russians started using the ammunition sent by North Korea, they encountered unforeseen problems. The North Korean-made ammunition was of a poor standard and, as military experts projected, resulted in a significant rise in incidents of tanks and howitzers being destroyed or damaged due to premature shell explosions. Photos of the damaged vehicles began circulating on social media platforms.

Russia is getting exposed for the hollowed out economy that their Putin buddies have skimmed off of for decades. Their oil and gas production is dropping too because the Russians were farming out maintenance of their production facilities to foreign companies rather than develop the expertise themselves. And since the Russian education system has essentially collapsed it's likely they'll go back to foreign companies after the war. The damage done in the meantime could take them a decade or longer to fix.

First off, were you ever elected the leader of a country ?
Second, they have allegedly threaten nuclear annihilation but still lack the means to do so.
The worst thing NK could do is place an EMP device on a ship and activate it along one of our coasts.
