Cohen has said in this matter Trump was involved with not only how much was paid out but the manner it was paid out.
Of course you will have some sort of excuse for that. Errbody is always out to get him

So Cohen a convicted liar is going to say Trump broke the law because Trump did as he was informed to do by his Lawyer who should know the law

. So the liar will admit that he went along with his client to break the law and helped by handling and paying the payment. Cohen knows the law. He can say Trump was “involve” with the payment but Cohen the “Lawyer” did it. So it would seem Cohen didn’t tell him it was against the law or if he says he did he just screwed himself for still going along with it. It’s like going to a tax expert and they do things that is against the law and then when they get caught they say that their customer told them to do it. Oh No the walls are closing in! We got him this time

It was legal paying out the money. How it was accounted for is the question. Supposed to be a misdemeanor but Bragg has turned every accounting error into a felony. Federal prosecutors declined to prosecute him over this. You can laugh and smirk all you want but bottom line the district attorney's office turns serious criminals out on the street while going after Trump. We all know why.

Bragg having witnesses testify about things that aren't crimes and just to smear Trump are similar to what got Weinstein's conviction overturned. The judge and prosecution don't care about Trump winning on appeal. They just want to try to hamstring his election campaign. Only question is whether a higher court will step in now or wait until afterwards.

Can you please give us concrete examples of serious criminals being turned out on the street or is this ( and I think it it is) another case of you making crap up and pushing it as facts?

You aren't aware that in NYC, and in other major cities, people arrested, even for felonies, aren't having to post bond and are released within a matter of hours? That sometimes they go on to commit more crime, even murder, after being released?
