If you say so.This is not true.
You're so full of crap your eyes are brown.
It was not a national failure. Yes, there was the issue two weekends with loads backing up in Albany and Syracuse (30 and 50, respectively) but we got those processed and we are clean going in to tomorrow. So, no, it was not a national failure by any means.
What about the hundreds of loads from Texas we had to run through our building forcing us to run some of our loads through the Addison building? Last I checked Dallas wasn't one of our suburbs.
Probably based on record profits ... go figure! The failure is company wide each of the last peaks have been getting worse....The company's doing more with exceedingly less to make greater and greater profits came to a head this peak and stupidity and blind greed lost....The company refuses to maintain full-time staffing levels and the union refuses to make them. Peak level routes year round...Now we are going to suffer because this is going to hit us hard...but I am sure CEO will get a big ole bonus....
Regional.
Good luck telling customers that their packages not arriving is due to a "regional" failure. Perception is everything. A regional failure is a national failure unless you only serve one region. Brown here is brown there that is brown everywhere.

What do you mean it wasn't a national failure? It's all over the news networks how bad we failed. Although you say your building was clean how in the hell do you know someone on your route isn't waiting for something they ordered a week ago and was promised it by Christmas. It was not a national failure.
