I can always view online Thursday morning but it doesn't hit my account until the following morning.

Same here I'm in Connecticut and at 12Am on Thursday I can view my paycheck which will be in my account on Friday.. However I've seen it come in my account as late as 8AM...

This is correct, you do get a guarantee once you past senioirty which is between 30-70 working days depending on your area and after that your guarantee is either 3 or 3.5 hrs depending on your location. Ask a steward or one of the veteran guys on your line the details of your area

Guys, the Master doesn't say anything about having to make seniority first. It says "All" [except Air Drivers, who are covered under Article 40.]

(d) All part-time employees governed by this Article shall be provided a minimum daily three and onehalf (3-1/2) hour guarantee.

My New England Supplement also says New Hires "work under the provisions of this Agreement . . ."
