I wondered what other UPS 'ers are instructed across UPS when at a stop light in a package car with an automatic transmission ? Are you instructed to leave in drive and set the parking brake or told to put neutral and set the parking brake? Let me know what your supervisor has told you!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

It should be parking brake on , foot on brake and left in drive but in reality anybody who has a auto knows that parking brake is far away when I first got my auto I tried to parking brake it but you are bending far over to get it

I have been told to NEVER be the first vehicle to start passing an intersection once the light turns green (Drive along sup made me actually wait until the other slow poke- on his cell, finally got moving) !

Anyways, never been told to use the park brakes while being stopped at intersections.
