If you try to lift a heavy package and hurt yourself it is your own fault for not knowing your limitations. The language allowing help is there for a good reason.

I remember not having Diads, pagers or cell phones. Once you left the building you were totally on your own.

That was great. Go out, do your job, and go home. Without being bothered by UPS unless it was for a good reason.

They had to call your businesses or pick ups to leave a message to call the building. Only called if I felt I needed to. Now that we have edd. I don't miss the paper one bit.

Easier for all involved to just "man up" and deliver it yourself.
