Will Trump Survive The Campaign?

As controversial and hated as The Donald is by so many, one has to wonder if he will even make it to November, as in actual survival. I don't like Trump, and I don't want to see any harm come to him, but there are plenty of gun-toting crazies out there that would love to either make themselves famous and/or eliminate Trump. There are many Republicans who hate Trump and what he has done to the GOP. Just listen to some of the Right Wing media hosts like I do, and they are not happy. Michael Medved and Mark L immediately come to mind.

Hopefully, the Secret Service will raise his level of protection even higher. I absolutely want him to make it until November, so Hillary can beat him by record levels and usher in a new era that marks the end of a 5/4 Conservative SCOTUS, and new Progressive ideas.

We shall see.
I disagree with so much of what you say. If Trump is so widely hated as you say, then how on earth is he approaching becoming the republican candidate? Trump is clearly the lead runner. In some polls, Trump is in the very least, going head to head with Hillary. In some cases, clearly ahead of Hillary. Sanders has a much better chance of beating Trump, than Hillary. It appears, people don't want to admit to supporting Trump, but secretly do support him!
If you want to take about hating and disliking candidates. Look at the feelings towards Hillary. We accept the women vote going to her, but we understand that segment going to her. But Hillary is extremely disliked by many voters. Many see Hilary as having no credibility whatsoever. Hilary is extremely disliked. At least as polarizing as Trump.
There are many republicans who dislike Trump, but there are many democrats who dislike Hillary.
Trump did nothing to the GOP. The GOP self-destructed. The arrogance of the GOP/RNC to try and force Bush, Rubio, then Cruz down the republican's throat was disgusting and arrogant. Contrary to what you say, people wanted Trump. The GOP didn't, and continued to try and force their boys in. The GOP was holding on the Bush with 5%!! It may have gotten down to 4%. Oh yeah, that's a viable candidate. No, the GOP got slapped hard. The GOP cut their own throats.
Listening to some of the right wing media host is a mistake, step one. Giving an ounce of credibility to Rush, Hannity, Mark Levine, or Michael Medved makes about as much sense as just listening to left wing media, Bill Maher and Stephan Colbert. You only have to listen to one. Each side speaks from the same script.

Your last opinion pretty much says it all:
"so Hillary can beat him by record levels and usher in a new era that marks the end of a 5/4 Conservative SCOTUS, and new Progressive ideas."

Really? Usher in a new era? New progressive ideas? Record levels? U New to politics?

Bernie will endorse hillary. Where will the ted cruz voters go?
Some of Bernie's voters will go to Hillary. Some will go to Trump. The same answer for Cruz's votes. If you think virtually all of Bernie's votes are going to Hillary, you will be disappointed. The attraction to Bernie was he was not the stereotypical politician. Same with Trump. Do you really see Hillary has not the, "samo samo" typical politician? Well, many of Bernie's voters do! That's why many of those votes will go to Trump. Cruz was also, Samo samo politician. Same speech, same focus, same lies. That's why many of those voters will go to Hillary.

Trump's popularity is a deception. The only Republicans to "vote" for Trump so far have been delegates, which are somewhere around 10% of the GOP electorate. So, most Republicans have not had a chance to express their opinion of the Donald, who has incredible "unfavorable" numbers among both Democrats and Republicans.

This is why Trump is now groveling to the mainstream.
Oh yeah, Hilary's popularity because of Benghazi and her handling of classified information in emails will have not effect on her. Her arrogance and sincere attitude will sure and clearly carry her to the podium. Hillary's is so loved for her warmth.
The fact that so many citizens completely disregarded the wishes of the GOP and pushed Trump to the front of the line, is a clear indication, nobody likes, Trump. REally???

Doesn't have to be high. Maybe 3-4 fee high. Just need machine gun turrets every 100 feet.

This is the problem with the "A" typical trump supporter.

Being devoid of common sense and practical math. While you linger on and on about "emotions", you forget something more important about the election process that "trumps" political positions and bluster.

This election is going to come down to basic math.

Math that just isnt in Trumps favor. Yes, he can inflame every WHITE right wing nutball in this country, just like Romney did, and he will still get smoked in the general election. The only problem for Trump, is that he is plissing off the GOP base, and remember, that he was only winning less than 37% of the vote before the others quit, which means that 63% of the republican base were voting against him.

With prominent republicans coming out and saying they will simply NOT vote for Trump or Hillary, that takes away votes Donald cant afford to lose.

With each person coming out against him within the party, the GOP is signaling that they are willing to lose this election to Hillary just to stop Trump, who doesnt represent the republican party at all.

Trumps negative ratings are at all time highs for a candidate of the GOP. NOBODY is disliked more than Trump.

The key to this race, like all the others, is demographics.

Trump cannot win the majority of the black vote.

Trump cannot win the majority of the hispanic vote.

Trump cannot win the majority of the Asian vote.

Trump cannot win the majority of the single women vote.

Trump cannot win the majority of the middle eastern muslim vote.

Without these demographics in his column, he is a dead man walking.

Once Hillary and Bernie team up and unify the party, Trump will be doomed. His VP pick will also come into play.

"WE" progressive liberals got EXACTLY who we wanted to run against, and now all we need is for Trump to pick Sarah Palin and you might as well stay home in November.

It doesnt matter what bluster is said, or how Trump got to the nomination.

As for your confidence that Trump is the man, look at yesterdays primaries which were held a WEEK after Cruz and Kasich dropped out of the race.

A total of 180,231 republican votes were cast and YET, 58,944 still voted AGAINST TRUMP in the state. ALMOST 50% voted against him.

This hardly represents a plurality of the republican base. Those 59k have a reason NOT to vote for Trump, and in november, they STILL may not vote for TRUMP.

WHY, if Trump was technically the only one on the ballot, would 59K vote against him if he was so popular?

Why not forget about the fox news hype or donalds own hype. The numbers tell the whole story bro.

The only people excited about Trump are the "A" typical white fringe of this country. Sorry, but facts are facts.

If it wasnt, you would see plenty of people of color at his rallies and we all can see 20/20 as his crowds continue to be rednecked lily white backwoods drones dumb enough to fall for his B.S.

The democrats would be crapping their pants right now, if Trump crowds were filled with hispanics, blacks, asians and other people of color. But there isnt, so there is no need to panic.

Hillary is going to trounce Trump and you and the others going to the edge to support him are only setting yourself up for a major disappointment.

The RCP is the most accurate source of polling data in the country. They have NEVER missed a prediction for the white house since it began.

Other than rassmussen, who we have already discounted before as a fox news unreliable source for polling.. here are the latest numbers for the week.

Keep in mind, both McCain and Romney were alot closer to OBAMA at this same time in their election cycles. Look how far behind trump has been week after week.
