He can preload for 4 hours and drive for 6 doing bulk stops and LIB's. His Center Manager told him he is not a FT driver.

Peak Is on its way. Do you think anybody,is going to drive for 6 hours? With what imaginary truck?

And preload is going to run a lot longer then 4 hours. I agree. He sounds more like a temp driver who they can move around wherever his Center Manager wants him. We don't have temp drivers but a lot of air drivers who fill in and are paid top rate when they deliver ground.

My question is how the hell do you work here since March....and not know what your job title is?

When I started I worked preload for two years and drove utility everyday but Friday's. Then drove two peak seasons for the center I drive full time for now.
