York and reading are both base areas so be glad that if your inbetween those two areas that you are not base.Im above that. I think Im a B2? B3???

All five market levels are there for both regular and swing the top is probably for CSA.You may need the top of the sheet. I believe it was posted in it's entirety somewhere in the FedEx Discussion.
