Not on feeders to feeders because is based on classification date, if im not wrong.

Classification date, you dovetail in. Not sure about original question. Don’t see why the transfer wouldn’t hold up. You’re still out, you’re still out. When you come back you start at new building. Call the hall, they’ll have an answer. Don’t ask here. 973-923-7070
