He is a pre 1982 hire. Back before they started to screw the part timers over during the contracts

Theres at least 2 preloaders here makin close to if not more than $50/hr.
Managements been tryna get them to retire

No way someone is making over $30/hr to load trucks inside the building.

My loader does, then he farts around in the feeder dept. for 3 hours pretending to work .

If I was still on the Preload, I would be at $35.65/hr plus the $.70 raise we have all been waiting for. Instead I just pretend to work in the car wash.

We have several making around $34/hr in my hub. One of them files grievances on everything and makes a cool $1k extra a month.

actually the union rep and ups said when i hit top pay as a air driver it will go into the inside hub pay too so it will be top pay air but that top pay will go into the hub too. also the progression is 2 years
