4 tires strapped together

I keep getting 4 tires strapped together. They wont fit through the bulkhead and severely piss me off. Is this allowed?

cut the strap and take the one with the label. leave the rest as damaged.

It seems as if the UPS shipping weight limit has increased I swear !

I had one of those a couple weeks ago. Couldn't get it through the bulkhead door and was too full to being out the back. Customer was standing there and saw me trying to get it out and he brought me a knife to use. After cutting the straps (8 total!) he grabbed them from me and threw them on his lawn. That went way easier than what I had imagined.
