We used to start much earlier. Preload was wrapped. Next day airs had a noon commit and no 150 lb Pottery Barn Garbage.

nice..it's a pipe dream now. Air doesnt hit the bay doors to be unloaded before 8am. And I'm beginning to hate RH and amazon prime pantry more than Pottery barn....
Only if BOTH drivers will be in by 7:20 (9.5). If they won't be both in by 9.5 then they just take pickups and let the drivers drown.

We were told about 10 months ago that we would be getting earlier start times. Still waiting. I would love to start even just 10-15 min earlier. Preload is usually wrapped up early on Mondays but they still won't change our Monday start times.

PCMs are such a waste of time...that's great.,, yeah i'd love an earlier preload start time if we could be wrapped by 730am...
No joke. Manegement allowed 4 drivers in my center to bring work back because they ran out of hours at 10:50pm...in June. Yes...it's REAL bad in our center with our newly appointed center manager fresh off his season of casual driving.
