9.5 pay

They like paying 9.5 $ or they would not over dispatch. I hear “regular” companies frown on OT. Go figure.

Our BA is allowing our 1st to be thrown out and then is “bargaining “ for the remaining hours. He says that if we have 3.5 hours on a grievance they will round down to the nearest hour. So we get paid for 3 hours at our OT rate.
I think it is complete BS but don’t know how to fight it.

Sit in with the guy for the hearing and when he tries to pull that bs take it to panel. Our guy tried to pull the same . Owed somebody almost 7 hours and was trying to haggle it down to 3.5 so he said that see you at panel.
